Sponge Curlers

We curled A's hair last night with the sponge rollers. How many reading this post have used the sponge rollers in your life? How many put panties on their head while they were sleeping to keep the rollers from falling out? (well actually - how many mothers made you sleep with the panties on your head?) Here are the end results - I don't remember mine ever looking so curly and pretty!

WOW! I am on a roll today - 2 posts in less than 30 minutes!

Tell A that she looks beautiful! I did the sponge rollers, but not the panties. I've never heard about the panty part before...

Okay, so I am the one who tortured Pinky as a young girl. And you are right, your hair never turned out as beautiful as A's. I am sure it had something to do with the panties you used.

Your hair was so much thinner than A's. Honey, I am so proud of you for your blog. Keep up the good work. I love you and your friends who comment. I see so much love between all of you, including Grant and Cody!!!

Love ya,

Mom

it looks great! my mom didn't put panties on my head... i wore a shower cap!:) but panties... good idea-- shower caps get hot and itchy... yeah, good torture idea... i'd try that on my girls, but right now they don't need sponge rollers for their curls!

LT - they definitely don't need the curlers!

Sponge curlers! I used those puppies at least once a week growing up. My hair was straight in those days. A, your hair looks gorgeous!

Is that A? Pinks, you better sit on that girl and make her stop growing up! She's so beautiful. I'm so sad she's growing up so fast.
I tried to do the sister dancing thing. It didn't like my pictures even though they were jpg's. Oh, well, we'd look better as Deb & Napoleon anyways.

to avoid the dark shadow on the wall behind your daughter left by the flash, position her farther away from the wall and closer to the camera...

just some advice from a struggling photographer!

{those are some neat curls by the way)
