Kings, Queens and Bees

So, today was a bit of a GOOD day!! A was nominated for the 7th grade Queen of the Valentine's Dance and SHE MADE IT!! And her friend C (friends since 2nd grade!) was elected King - of course they were supposed to dance but thanks to the kids crowding out the dance floor - they weren't able!! Both I am sure were super glad for that fact! Who wants to dance with Boys in the 7th grade!! (okay - maybe girls want to dance with boys in the 7th grade - I am just hoping mine doesn't want to for a LONG time!!!!)

C won the spelling bee in her class and got to participate in the school wide Bee - she made it to the second round and then flubbed on "menu" - I am super proud of her.

B is coming along on his new crutches and is a bit of King himself.

& (to avoid faux pas) Please advise: do we bow/curstey to Her Royal Valentiness? :)

You crack me up! You've been hoping A won't want to all her life. I remember you saying so when she was just a little sprout and M gave her a big hug and a kiss that lasted way too long for your comfort! What were they, 4? I'll never forget that moment. : ) Smooches babe!
